Set Sail – Rodi Garganico to Palagruža
Excess 14 catamaran sailing on the open sea with a scenic coastal landscape in the background

Meet the crew, stow your gear and cast off from Rodi Garganico at 15:00. The mainland fades behind as your yacht slices through the Adriatic on a 3-4 hour sail to Palagruža - a remote rocky outpost rising from the sea. Drop anchor, share dinner onboard, and kick off the week under a sky full of stars. Tomorrow, the rock calls.

Meals: Snacks and Dinner
Accommodation: Private Sail Boat
Day 2:
Rock Meets Sea – Palagruža to Cliffbase, Hvar
Climber wearing a helmet scaling coastal rocks with a catamaran anchored in the sea in the background.

Wake to open water and a full sail ahead - 8–9 hours across the Adriatic to the legendary Cliffbase on Hvar. By afternoon, towering limestone crags rise from the sea. Drop anchor and jump straight into the action with a deep water solo session: no ropes, just raw movement and the sea as your safety net. Cool off with a cliff jump, then wind down with dinner on deck as the rocks turn gold in the sunset.

Climbing Routes: DWS, all levels
Meals: Breakfast/brunch, snacks and dinner

Day 3:
Full Send - Climbing at Cliffbase, Hvar

It’s all about limestone and line choice today. With over 200 routes ranging from 5a to 7c, Cliffbase delivers full-day stoke right above the sea. Your guide sets the tone - belays, beta, and challenges tailored to your level. Rest between burns with a swim, a boulder session, or a nap in the shade. As the sun drops, chase one last route before dinner and stories back onboard.

Climbing Routes: 200+ routes, 5a–7c
Meals: Breakfast/brunch, snacks and dinner
Day 4:
Crag-Hopping – Veliki Pokrivenik & Vela Stiniva
Two climbers ascending a coastal climbing route in Croatia with a boat and the Adriatic Sea visible in the background.

Set sail early to explore two of Hvar’s best-kept secrets. Start at Veliki Pokrivenik, where 50 sea-facing routes test your flow and footwork. After a swim and snack break, head to Vela Stiniva - home to over 100 steep, technical lines that’ll push your limits. Between climbs, dive into the turquoise bay below. Back onboard, dinner and a cold drink seal a big day on the wall.

Climbing Routes:
  • Veliki Pokrivenik: 50 routes (5a–8b)
  • Vela Stiniva: 100+ routes (5a–8c)
Meals: Breakfast/brunch, snacks and dinner
Day 5:
Pick Your Line – Via Ferrata, Multi-Pitch or DWS
Climber performing deep water soloing on a coastal rock face in Croatia, with the sea directly below.

Today’s all about choice. Scale Hvar’s Via Ferrata San Miro - cables, exposure, and epic views over vineyards and sea - or go full vertical with a multi-pitch climb at its base. Want more? Hike 7 km up to St. Nicholas Peak for 500 m of elevation and a big summit moment. Prefer the splash zone? Head back to Cliffbase for more deep water soloing - no ropes, no grades, just pure adrenaline and a clean dive.

Climbing Routes:
  • 20+ routes (5b–7c), Multi-pitch available
  • Via Ferrata: A/B or C/D, 7 km hike (500 m elevation)
  • DWS: All levels

Day 6:

Robert, guide of Maca Adventures, performing a negative deep water solo climb on a coastal rock wall in Croatia.

Kick off the morning at Lučišća Cave - 30+ steep, overhanging routes rising above crystal-clear water. Every move tests your power and precision, every fall softened by the sea below. After your final burn, it’s time to sail 4–5 hours to Vis. The yacht cuts through calm water as the sun dips low. Onboard dinner hits differently after a day like this - earned and unforgettable.

Wrap up strong on Vis with a morning session at Crnjena Stina - 20+ limestone routes to flow through one last time. Then sail 1–2 hours to Biševo for a farewell dinner and a final deep water solo splash. When night falls, set off on an 8–12 hour sail back to Rodi Garganico. The yacht slices through the dark, stars overhead, the week’s climbs still buzzing in your limbs.

Climbing Routes:
  • 20+ routes (5b–6c)

Day 8:
Dock & Depart – Rodi Garganico
